Widely regarded as a Great American Novel,The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald captures what life was like in the US in the 1920s. At the center of all this is a young man named Nick Carraway. Leaving his simple life in the Midwest, he moves to New York City to seek the good life.
Carraway rents a small yet affordable house surrounded by huge expensive mansions on Long Island. His neighbor is none other than the mysterious millionaire who loves to throw over-the- top parties─Jay Gatsby. It is through them that Carraway finds himself drawn into Gatsby’s world of the super-rich.
